It was a great experience. What I found most helpful for my team was applying HubSpot’s flywheel framework and the product planning that we did. I loved using the OKRs framework to help us plan, set goals and prioritize. To be in a learning environment was a fun experience that we don't get to do very often. I feel my team members are growing and we want professional growth for them. Whoever we interacted with at any given point has been extremely supportive which is much appreciated.

I really enjoyed the program. All the sessions working with the team, applying the frameworks to our startup and getting 1-1 feedback gave us clarity on our value proposition, unit economics and marketing plan. The startup templates were easy to use and helped us better understand our LTV and COCA. We loved the diverse content including workshops on Business Model, HubSpot’s Flywheel and Emotional Leadership.

One of the biggest draws for me in terms of joining BonBillo’s Bootcamp was that I knew what I didn't know. I didn't know how to build a customer acquisition strategy, how to value our startup or how to fundraise. Since BonBillo’s program, we’ve launched the Goodable app and TV channel, raised a successful seed round and formed partnerships to scale. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bootcamp curriculum and the workshop slides have kind of turned into a textbook for us that we reference as we grow - even at the seed stage.

What I think was the most valuable for ePOP AI was applying the program frameworks. The OKRs session helped us to set specific goals as a team. Katelyn Bourgoin’s Customer Discovery workshop helped us realize that we need to utilize primary research instead of relying on secondary data. We’ve gained customer insights and are able to market better thanks to customer interviews.
